Mr. Oyedeji Abdulfeez, A Real estate developer and Construction engineer has described a true luxury as something which must be affordable. Oyedeji said this in Ilorin, the capital City of Kwara state, during the launching of the Rebranding of his company, EXPERIENCE VISION CREATIONS (EVC).

In his words, Mr. Oyedeji while addressing the members of press, said; "Over the years,we have withered the stormy water of doubt from our Clients but through composure,experience and right teamwork,we have constantly proved naysayers wrong through result oriented policy and framework." Explaining the journey so far, the Real estate and Construction Don said; "Discovering the huge drive amidst the Youths to mostly collaborate with youth driven Real Estate and Constructions firm,we have stopped at nothing in bringing desired growth for people from all walks of life."

However, in his conclusion, Mr. Oyedeji AbdulAfeez told the journalists, "EVC has been a Construction/ Real Estate company raising bars for about three years, through bringing it's customer based internal happiness and ultimate fulfilment by crafts and expertise in ways that conform with local and international best practices. To ensure that, we have provided Housing atmosphere for nothing less than about 75% of the Gen Z and millennial generation; viz-a-viz, the tech enthusiasts community, in both Ilorin city of Kwara state and it's our goal to go higher outside the shores of Kwara state.
